KSEG is a free ( GPL ) program that allows you to create "living drawings" in planimetry , in particular, for constructions using a compass and a ruler . KSEG is also convenient to use for building quality charts. The program was written by Ilya Baran and is designed mainly for UNIX-like operating systems, in particular, it works on Mac OS X and FreeBSD should work everywhere where Qt is supported, there is also an option for Microsoft Windows .

Starting with version 0.402, it fully supports the Russian language. Among such programs, KSEG has a very convenient interface and speed.
Currently, the program is not actively developed.
