Story
The story of the titan Prometheus , who stole fire from Olympus for people and was severely punished by Zeus for this: Prometheus' friend, the blacksmith Hephaestus, was forced to rive him to a rock, and every day an eagle arriving from Olympus pecked Prometheus's liver recovering during the night, knocking out the answer to the question, why he stole fire from Olympus. Neither Hephaestus, nor the eagle, nor Zeus understood the answer of Prometheus. Prometheus began to laugh at it. Zeus executed Prometheus, destroying his rock with lightning. But the torture and execution of Prometheus was not in vain - people preserved his sacred gift.

Reviews
The cycle of films by Alexandra Snezhko-Blotsky on the myths of ancient Greece is widely known. In collaboration with the artist Alexander Trusov, they presented to the audience their vision of gods, ancient heroes, jellyfish, the Minotaur and other characters that were unusual for the viewer. In this genre, Snezhko-Blotskaya also became a pioneer and managed to remove five paintings: “Return from Olympus” (1969), “Labyrinth” (1971), “Argonauts” (1972), “Perseus” (1973), “Prometheus” (1974 )
