Portnyagino is a large freshwater lake in the Krasnoyarsk Territory , in the east of the Taimyr Peninsula .

Content
Features
Area 360 km². Altitude - 62 m [2] . Snow and rain food. Freeze up from September to July. In the cold years, the lake does not open completely. In the western part flows the Gusikha River, which belongs to the Khatanga basin. Of the flowing rivers, the largest river is the Biska , in the southeast.
Fauna
The lake has rich fish resources ( char , whitefish , muksun , pike ). Geese , ducks , loons and other species of birds nest on the shores.
