The Ministry of Justice of Ukraine ( Ukrainian Ministry of Justice of Ukraine ) is the state executive authority of Ukraine , the activities of which are directed and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine . The Ministry is headed by the Minister of Justice of Ukraine, who is appointed by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in the manner prescribed by law.

Content
Tasks
- Preparation of proposals for conducting legal reform in Ukraine , promoting the development of legal science, ensuring the protection of human and civil rights and freedoms in a certain field, preparing proposals for improving legislation ;
- systematization of legislation, development of draft regulatory legal acts and international treaties of Ukraine on legal issues, conducting legal expertise of draft regulatory legal acts, state registration of regulatory legal acts, Maintaining a Unified State Register of such acts;
- planning with proposals of other central executive bodies of the legislative work and work on adapting the legislation of Ukraine to the legislation of the European Union ; Coordination of the standard-setting activities of the central executive bodies and monitoring of such activities;
- ensuring the implementation of state legal policy, state policy on issues of interethnic relations;
- organizational, material and technical support of courts of general jurisdiction (except for the Supreme Court of Ukraine and arbitration courts), the organization of the implementation of decisions of courts and other bodies in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, human resources, expert support of justice;
- organization of work of notaries and civil registration authorities;
- the development of legal informatization, the formation of a legal worldview among citizens, and the implementation of international legal cooperation. [one]
