Sochinsky leaflet - the third Sochi newspaper . It began publishing on November 25, 1912 . She went out every day except days after the holidays. The size of the newspaper was about the same as the modern A2 format. The price for one copy of the newspaper was 5 kopecks. Published in the printing house E.I. Toropovoy, which was on the street Dagomys . The editor and publisher of the newspaper was GD Toropov. The Sochi leaflet was published in no more than 500–800 copies. The subscription and sale were held in Sochi, Adler , Anapa , Gagra , Novorossiysk , Gelendzhik , Tuapse , Poti , Batum and other cities.

On the first page of the Sochi leaflet there was a weather forecast for the next day. Advertise local resorts, hotels and restaurants. Printed vacancy announcements in various local enterprises and institutions. Offered for delivery apartments, commercial premises and even entire enterprises (for example, a brick factory). Doctors and pedagogues offered their professional services to both the local population and vacationers coming to rest. The cost of ads varied depending on which page — first or second — was printed. Also on the front page were printed telegrams from the Petrograd Telegraph Agency.
