Aruba at the Olympics

Aruba took part in the Olympic Games for the first time in 1988 and since then has regularly sent its athletes to the Summer Games. In the Winter Olympics, Aruba did not participate. Athletes from Aruba have not won a single Olympic medal .

The Aruban Olympic Committee was formed in 1985 and recognized by the IOC in 1986. Prior to that, Aruba performed at the Games as part of the Netherlands Antilles . Aruba became a separate territory within the Kingdom of the Netherlands in 1986.
