Usage
Sumy root is an effective adaptogen that supports the body’s immune system , helps to cope with stress, relieves pain, relieves chronic fatigue syndrome, and heals wounds. [2] The plant contains germanium , allantoin (5-ureidohydantoin), beta- ecdysterone and a group of non-standard phytochemical saponins called pfaphosides ( English pfaffosides ).
