Franciscusus (Frans) Schuwart ( niderl. Franciscus "Frans" Schoevaart ; July 27, 1884 , Amsterdam - March 7, 1955 , ibid.) - Dutch footballer who played the defender . For eleven years he played for the Amsterdam Ajax . Since 1925, he served as president of Ajax on the attraction of seven years.

Biography
In 1910, France, together with the team, became the winner of the Golden Cross tournament, which in essence was the Amsterdam Cup. For Ajax, this victory was the third in the history of the team. May 21, 1911 was a historic date in the history of the club, Ajax moved to the first football class, which was the highest in the Netherlands in terms of level. [1] In the debut season, at the highest level of Dutch football, Ajax finished in 8th place out of ten possible. That season, along with Frans, his brother Yang played in the defense of the club.
Schuwart ended his football career in 1916 , at the age of 32. A year later, on January 4, 1917 , Frans married a 26-year-old Jenny Raysdijk. On January 24, 1918, Frans had a son, Willem. In 1925, France became chairman of the board of Ajax, the previous chairman, businessman Willem Egeman , held out on this post for 12 years.
The son of Frans, like his father, played football, since 1930, Wim began to play for the youth team of Ajax, but he did not play for the main team. In 1951, Wim ended his career, and three years later he was elected to the team committee. [2] [3] [4]
