Seiro

Seiro ( 聖 籠 町 Seiro: -mati ) is a village in Japan located in the north-eastern part of Niigata Prefecture ( Kitakambara County) on the shores of the Sea of ​​Japan . It was founded in August 1977 by reorganizing the village of Seiro.
