The Civil Procedural Code of Ukraine (Ukrainian: Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine ) is a codified normative legal act ( Law of Ukraine ) that establishes the rules for the consideration and resolution of civil cases by courts of general jurisdiction of Ukraine .
