Palau made her debut at the Sydney Olympics , then taking part in Athens , Beijing and all subsequent ones. Over the entire period of the country's performance in the Games - 2016 Olympics inclusively - 22 athletes (11 men and 11 women) participated in competitions in freestyle wrestling, judo, athletics, swimming, weightlifting and kayaking.
