Lacalle de Herrera, Luis Alberto

Luis Alberto Lacalle de Herrera ( Spanish: Luis Alberto Lacalle de Herrera , born July 13, 1941 , Montevideo , Uruguay ) is a Uruguayan lawyer and politician who served as President of Uruguay from 1990 to 1995 . In autumn 2009, he entered the second round in the presidential elections, being a candidate from the National Party , but lost. Graduate of the University of the Republic .
