Career
Bismarck began his career at the Vasco da Gama club, where all the age groups of the club passed [3] . In Vasco, Bismarck performed with Romario and Bebetho . He won with the club 4 state championships in Rio de Janeiro and one Brazil championship . In total for Vasco Bismarck spent 295 matches and scored 109 goals [4] . In 1989, Bismarck won the World Youth Championship, held in Saudi Arabia; there he received the Golden Ball to the best player of the tournament, awarded by Adidas . In 1990, Bismarck in the national team went to the World Cup .
In 1993, Bismarck went to Japan, where he became one of the first and one of the most famous legionnaires in the J-League [5] . In Japan, Bismarck played for the Verdi Kawasaki and Kashima Antlers clubs, which included winning 4 titles in Japan . After that, Bismarck returned to Brazil, where he played for Fluminense and Goias . Bismarck completed his career in the Japanese club Vissel Kobe in 2003.
After completing his career, Bismarck was engaged in business in Japan for some time and then moved to Niteroi , where he became a football agent [6] .
Bismarck is a staunch Christian , becoming such after he got a broken leg, and, in his opinion, only faith in God helped him to recover [7] . Bismarck, along with former players of the Brazilian national team, George and Claudio Taffarel , in 1998 starred in a special version of the film Jesus .
