Geographical position
The village of Studenok is located on the left bank of the Seversky Donets River , downstream at a distance of 7 km is the city of Slavyanogorsk (Donetsk region), on the opposite bank are the villages of Yaremovka and Paseka . At a distance of 1 km from the village there is a railway, the nearest station is Yaremovka . A large forest (pine) adjoins the village.

- Mass grave of Soviet soldiers, among whom Golosov Vasily Ivanovich - Hero of the Soviet Union is buried. 1287 soldiers were buried.
- The reserve "Yaremovskoye" of the regional landscape park "Holy Mountains".
- The holy spring is an artesian water source with pH = 5.5 with a constant temperature of ~ 18 degrees. Equipped with a village community. It was consecrated in 2007 by the rector of the Svyatogorsky Assumption Monastery.
