Biography

Orthodox. From hereditary nobles. The landowner , the landowner of Baltsky [1] and Vinnitsa counties.

After graduating from St. Petersburg University in 1896, he served in the Kherson province , where he headed the provincial for city and zemstvo affairs. When the Land Surveying Commissions were opened in 1906, he was appointed an indispensable member of the Baltic County, and in 1908, the Podolsk Provincial Land Survey Commission. He held the last post before being elected to the State Duma. He rose to the rank of court adviser . In addition, he was an honorary magistrate of the Baltic region, a vowel of the Baltic district and Podolsk provincial assembly .

In 1912 he was elected a member of the State Duma from the Podolsk province. He was a member of the faction of Russian nationalists and the moderate right (FNUP), after its split in August 1915 - among the supporters of P.N.Balashov . Consisted of a rapporteur and secretary of the land commission, as well as a member of the commissions: on the order, agricultural, conciliation.

During the First World War he participated in the work of the Russian Red Cross Society : from August 27, 1914, he was the chief commissioner of the ROKK under the armies of the South-Western Front , and from March 12, 1915, he was an authorized representative of the General Directorate of Land Management and Agriculture for the purchase of bread for the army in Podolsk province.

May 31, 1916 resigned from parliament in connection with the appointment of the head of the Tomsk Department of Agriculture and State Property. G. A. Andriychuk was elected in his place.

Fate after 1917 is unknown. He was married, had a daughter.
