Chuck Beler is an American drummer . He played in the thrash metal band Megadeth from 1987 to 1989 [1] , participating in the recording of one album - So Far, So Good ... So What! The musician is also captured in the movie The Decline of Western Civilization Part II: The Metal Years .

The band's frontman Dave Mustaine knew Beler, as he was a technician of the previous Megadeth drummer Gar Samuelson . In turn, Chuck gave way for drums to his technician Nick Mentz .
Prior to Megadeth, Beler was a member of The Meanies and Sinclair .
