Tashpulat (Tash-Pulat) [1] Abdukhalilov (erroneously - Abdukhailov) ( 1864 , Samarkand -?) - entrepreneur, deputy of the 2nd State Duma , member of the Muslim faction.

Biography

He was born according to one version in Azerbaijan [2] , and according to another Tajik family [3] . From merchants [4] . Received primary education at home, then graduated from madrasa [4] . From his youth he worked as a trade attorney. He served in Samarkand for the elections as a trade and city deputy [5] . Since 1907, he was a member of the Accounting Committee at the Samarkand branch of the Russian-Chinese Bank . He had real estate worth 30 thousand rubles.

February 27, 1907 was elected to the II State Duma as a non-party candidate. He was a member of the Muslim faction, being considered one of the most progressive deputies elected from the Samarkand region [5] . He worked in the Agrarian Commission, moderate. He received orders from voters, Samarkand Muslims, including demanding to limit the rights of Jews and establish the same percentage rate for them as in Bukhara. Participated in the debate on the bill on the imposition of a decimal collection of rainfed lands in the Turkestan region, suggested that the tax should be the same as in European Russia, that is, should be reduced.

Since 1907, he was under police surveillance.

In 1917 he was elected to the Constituent Assembly from the Samarkand electoral district on list No. 2 (Muslim organizations of the Samarkand region) [4] .

In 1917 he continued service in the Samarkand branch of the Russian-Chinese Bank [4] .

After the revolution, moved to Constantinople .
