Biography
Born in 1873 in the village of Boyanovichi, Zhizdrinsky district, Kaluga province (now Khvastovichsky district, Kaluga region ), from peasants, Orthodox. He graduated from the village school. From 1898 to 1907 Podbuzhsky volost foreman. On February 6, at the congress of representatives in the city of Kaluga, he was elected to the State Duma from the Kaluga province. In the Duma, he was a member of the Group of Non-Party Deputies, a member of the Agrarian Commission, far right, a monarchist , a member of the Union of Russian People . From the beginning, the Duma actively advocated its dissolution. He organized a visit by a group of Duma deputies on April 28 (15), 1907 to Emperor Nicholas II in Tsarskoye Selo and read a welcome address, and also appealed to the emperor to stop the duma’s work. After the dissolution of the Duma until 1917 - a member of the Zhizdrinsky district government. In 1917, the agent for the purchase and loading of food Kaluga Provincial Food Commission.
From 1921 to 1926 Chairman of the Village Council of Bojanovici. In November 1929, he was arrested and on December 3 of the same year he was sentenced by the Judicial Board of the OGPU USSR to five years of imprisonment in a concentration camp . To serve the sentence was sent to the OGPU of the Northern Territory . The fate is unknown. The resolution of the prosecutor of the Kaluga region has been rehabilitated.
