Vsevolod Ivanovich Sakharov ( February 22, 1946 - October 14, 2009 ) - Russian literary critic , literary critic and teacher. Doctor of Philology (1993). Member of the Union of Writers of the USSR (1978).

Content
Short Biography
From a working family.
After serving in the Soviet Army, he entered the evening department of the philological faculty of Moscow State University , which he graduated in 1970. He worked as a proofreader and editor at the Enlightenment Publishing House.
In 1974 he graduated from the graduate school of the Literary Institute . Since 1975 - a leading researcher at IMLI . In recent years, he also taught at IZHLT .
Deputy editor-in-chief and member of the editorial board of the historical almanac “Russian Archive” (1996-1999). Program Manager of the Directorate of Presidential Programs of the Russian Cultural Foundation (2000-2001). Professor of RATI - GITIS (2003-2004).
He was buried in Moscow at the Vagankovsky cemetery [1] .
