Biography
Born in 1885 in the city of Nikolaev .
He joined the RSDLP in 1903, a Bolshevik. Work conducted in Nikolaev , Moscow and other cities.
In 1905, he was a member of the Nikolaev Committee of the RSDLP . From June 28 (15) to July 20 (7) he was in the Kherson prison, then returned to Nikolaev.
Member of the Revolution of 1905-1907 . Member of the armed uprising in Moscow in 1917 .
After the October Revolution - at the party, military and Soviet work:
- In 1918 - a member of the board of the People's Commissariat of Labor,
- until the autumn of 1919 - in the military headquarters of the Southern Front ,
- in December 1918 - March 1919, the head of the political department and at the same time on January 17 - July 6, 1919 a member of the PBC Front
- March 23, 1919 - August 27, 1919 - Revolutionary Military Council of the 9th Army [1]
- 1919-1920 - Chairman of the Kazan Regional Executive Committee and Secretary of the Kazan Regional Committee of the RCP (b), a member of the Tatrevkoma. He headed the executive committee of the Kazan city council of workers and Red Army deputies from the moment of its formation until the autumn of 1920.
- From 1921 - chairman of the Tula provincial executive committee, then secretary of the Siberian Bureau of the Central Committee of the RCP (b)
- 1922-1928 - in the People's Commissariat of Education of the RSFSR
- from 1924 - Head of the Main Department for Professional Education (General Directorate of Vocational Education)
- until 1928 - Deputy Commissar.
- 1928-1932 - worked as a sales representative in Italy, then in Turkey.
- from 1932 he was deputy chairman of the Committee on Higher Technical Education under the USSR CEC
In July 1934, he became head of the Kremlin’s Medical and Sanitary Department.
- Arrested on December 2, 1937 .
- Sentenced: VKVS USSR May 3, 1938 , accused of participating in a counter-revolutionary terrorist organization.
- Shot on May 7, 1938 . Place of burial: Moscow region , Kunmunarka.
Rehabilitated on April 11, 1956, by the All-Union Military Council of the USSR.
