History

Since ancient times, in this area near the trade route there were several huts with a tavern, a farm called Fudge . At the time of the village’s foundation, the nearby fields belonged to the inhabitants of s. Great Volitsa , Lyubarsky district , Zhytomyr region . The village of Velikaya Volitsa was overpopulated in the 20s of the XIX century , thatched huts stood "roof near the roof", which led to grave consequences in case of fires - the streets of the village burned out entirely. To cultivate the land, it was necessary to overcome the distance of up to 8 km, so it was decided to move to the new village, closer to their land plots.

To draw the borders of the future settlement and personal plots, a land surveyor came to rent housing at the Fastanovka farm, which was located north, one kilometer from the future village, in the house of Zdanevich Pavel Yanovich. The land surveyor told him, “I gave the new village the name Chervonaia Vladimirovka , because now the government is“ red ”(red), and my name Vladimir, under that name, I registered the village in a state institution.” That's how the village has been leading its history since 1928.

In the 1930s, the collective farm Chervony Stepovik was organized in the village (the locals called these lands steppe). Thanks to hard work, chernozems yielded good harvests of sugar beets, wheat, rye, barley, peas and a garden. For high achievements, the collective farm was awarded at the All-Union Agricultural Exhibition in Moscow . The village shared the bitter share of the entire Ukrainian village of the last century: dispossession, famine of 32-33-ies with numerous victims, arrests and evictions of ordinary villagers (often without return), the so-called "enemies of the collective farm system and Soviet power."

In 1940, the nearby hamlets of Fastanovka (about ten huts, Poles were ethnic, the land belonged to Mrs. Faustina, who lived in Warsaw , before the revolution), and the Krukovsky farm was liquidated and the inhabitants were resettled in the village with a policy of enlargement of villages. Chervona Vladimirovka. The total number of households was about 100 units.

In early July 1941, the village was occupied by German troops. About thirty young people (mostly girls) were taken to forced labor in Germany. Local residents opposed the invaders - they hid the Jews from the town of Lubar , helped the partisans with housing and food, which was witnessed by the presentation of state awards in the post-war period.

The troops of the 1st Ukrainian Front on March 7, 1944 liberated the village from German invaders. On the fronts of the war killed about thirty people. A monument was erected on the grave of fallen soldiers during the defense and liberation of the village, as well as to preserve the memory of fallen countrymen in the center of the village in the 60s. At the end of the 40s, the village was transferred from the Zhytomyr region to the Vinnitsa region. Over time, the local collective farm was liquidated and became part of the collective farm. Ilyich s. Maryanovka , which ceased to exist in the early 90's.

Population

The village has one street, which stretches from east to west for 3 km. The eastern part of the village has the name "Fudge", and the western - "Spire".

Sources of income for the villagers are several rates in the public sector, salaries for work in entrepreneurs, pensions, fees for leased shares, growing vegetables and potatoes in household plots, fattening cattle, pigs, poultry, milk sales, beekeeping. The bulk of the population works only in the personal household. The school is located in the village of Maryanovka, at present, transportation of children is organized.

Due to the departure of young people to cities and natural processes, the population is steadily decreasing.

The overwhelming majority of Ukrainians ( Orthodox by religion) and a smaller part of the Poles ( Roman Catholics ) belong to the national composition; everyone lives in peace and harmony.

Arrangement

At the end of the 50s, a diesel generator power station was built - since the beginning of the 60s, centralized power supply. At the end of the 80s, a hard-surfaced road was built with access to the Khmelnik - Lyubar automobile road through s. Maryanovka . In December 2005, natural gas came into the houses of the villagers mainly at the expense of residents, thanks to the care and efforts of the local village deputy Kostyuk Vasily Fedorovich. In the village there was an elementary school, which in the 30s and 40s was in adapted rooms, and then in a spacious building, which they began to build during the German occupation. Due to the reduction in the number of children, the school was closed in the 80s, and with it the library. Now there is a first-aid post, a club, 2 outlets, once a week in the center of the village businessmen organize a small bazaar selling the most necessary goods, every Thursday a minibus carries the villagers to Khmelnik, good coverage with mobile communications. 500 meters to the east of the village there is a small forest (oak, hornbeam, dogrose, hawthorn), in the west of the village there are bets with the possibility of swimming and fishing. Due to the remoteness from cities, industrial enterprises and major highways, good ecology.
