History
Belonged by the magnates Vishnevetsky . The last of the Vishnevets, Mikhal Servaziy, hetman of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, died in 1743, and his property was transferred to relatives - Oginsky and Zamoysky . The daughter of Michal Anna married Jozef Oginsky, the governor of Trok, and her sister Elzbieta - for Mikhal Zamoysky, the governor of Smolensk. Later, during the final division of the Vishnevetsky’s property between the heirs on March 26, 1750 in Vishnevets, Borshchagovka passed to Adam Bzhostovsky . He sold the village to the Pinsk marshal Anthony Orzeszko. His daughter Susanna married Zakhary Gansky , a Lithuanian trapper of the outland Lithuanian, crowned adjutant general of a full club, and Gansky passed the village as a dowry. Around 1770, the Ghanaian people reconstructed the ancient Borshchagovsky castle. In 1812, Zakhary Gansky died, and the village went to his son Frantishk, chairman of the main court in Kiev.
Castle
The layout of the castle is based on a square that falls towards the river. A wooden oblong residential building stood in the middle of the courtyard, with windows facing in all directions. On the shafts were two round towers, which were surrounded by a picket fence and an embankment. There was a gate in the ramparts; outside the castle was surrounded by a deep moat, which in case of danger was filled with water. A suspension bridge was mounted above the moats on the chains. At the end of the 19th century, the ramparts were destroyed by floods.
