The acquisition of Toronto is an agreement between the British crown and the Mississauga Indians in 1787. The Indians exchanged 250,808 acres (101,528 hectares ) of land for 149 barrels of belongings and some cash. In 1805, the transaction was reviewed.

- Toronto (Ontario)
- western Scarborough (Ontario)
- York (Ontario)
- East York (Ontario)
- Won (Ontario)
- King (Ontario)
- western edge of Markham (Ontario) ( Thornhill (Ontario))
- western edge of Witcharch (Ontario)
The Indians retained the Toronto Islands , which were not part of the agreement.
