Education
Arnold Koller studied economics at the University of St. Gallen (graduated in 1957 ) and law at the University of Friborg . In 1966 he received a law degree and a doctorate in law. In 1971 - 72 years. completed his education at the University of California at Berkeley .
Career
From 1971 to 1986, Koller was elected a member of the Swiss National Council and represented the Christian Democratic People's Party. He was president of the council (1984-85).
On December 10, 1986, Furgler was elected to the Federal Council (Government) of Switzerland.
