Buffet

The form of food in a hotel is food and drinks included in the price and offered to the client during their stay at the hotel .

The main forms of nutrition

The type of food in the hotel is indicated immediately after the type of room. Typically indicated by two or three latin letters:

  • RO (Room only) - no meals.
  • EP (European Plan) , BO (Bed Only), AO (Accommodation Only), NO - without food.

Most Ultra All Inclusive hotels offer guests additional free meals in restaurants with cuisines from around the world. The main difference from the All inclusive system is a higher level of food and drinks. It is commonly found in countries such as Turkey and Egypt. Hotels in other countries rarely use this term.

Power Forms

  • A-la carte - Service by menu by waiters. If meals are included in the price or prepaid, then a choice of dishes is provided for several items.
  • Buffet - Self Catering. Dishes are laid out on trays and each independently picks up the right amount. Drinks are served either right there at the bar, or by waiters. Tea and coffee are poured on their own.
