Swazi belong ethnically to Bantu-speaking peoples , which includes almost 400 ethnic groups and ethnic groups, therefore, like other Bantu-speaking peoples , Swazi has a very strong traditional African culture with dances, such as the Inquall ceremony (sometimes called simply Nkvala) and Umqvasho and the annual Umhlanga festival.

History
The Bantu peoples began to settle in southern Africa in the XV-XVI centuries. The migration was caused by the transition of Bantu-speaking peoples to a new technological level, consisting in the development of agriculture and ceramics.
The Swazi people formed around the 18th century.
Umhlanga
Umhlanga ( umhlanga - common reed in the swati and Zulu ), tzh. The Reed Dance is a traditional annual mass celebration in Eswatini , culminating in a dance of several thousand half-naked Esvati girls wishing to become one of the wives of King Eswatini . In 2007, 70,000 girls took part in the Umhlanga festival [1] .
