1FLTV (probably the abbreviation of die erste Fürchstentums Liechtenstein Television , translated from German 1 channel of the Principality of Liechtenstein ) is the only Liechtenstein television channel that began broadcasting on August 1, 2008 after receiving a state license [1] . Broadcast in German .
The channel is a project of the Austrian businessman Beatrice Chartle [2] .
Shortly after its founding, the broadcaster announced its disinterest in joining EMU and participating in Eurovision , citing the main reason for the lack of an adequate budget. [3] [4]
