Early Products

The first product of the company was the automated banking system (further ABS) DOS-Complex, implemented in the file architecture based on Clipper. In 1996-1998, this system was installed in more than 400 banks ^{[3] [4]} .

The next product of the company was ABS Athena, implemented in a client-server technology based on Oracle Database using custom workflow technology ( BPMS ). In 1998, this product was transferred to New Athena, a joint venture with Diasoft .

Hephaestus - an ABS based on the Caché DBMS with customizable document management, implemented in an architecture with a thin client (terminal). Omega Centaur is a modular ABS in architecture with an application server with the ability to work on the Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Database and Firebird DBMS. Nostradamus is a software package based on Oracle Database that can play the role of a reporting system, a data warehouse, receive IFRS reporting, management reporting and automate the budgeting process. Intramed and Risar are medical information systems based on the Caché DBMS.

In 2003, the company took 35th place in the ranking of the largest Russian IT companies from RA Expert ^[1] . The annual turnover of the company in that year amounted to $ 6.2 million ^[5] .

In 2006, the company spent 5% of the total number of implementations of automated banking systems in the Russian market, taking fourth place in this indicator ^[6] .

In 2003, the company received the Financial Olympus award for its contribution to the development of information technology ^[7] .

In 2012, the magazine Banking Technologies and the Internet portal Intellectual Bank announced the recognition of the head of the ProgramBank company, Yevgeny Khokhlov, as the founder of the Russian banking automation market.

In 2012, according to the rating of Russian suppliers of banking software - IBS Sales League Table - the company "ProgramBank" was included in the top five suppliers of banking software in Russia.

In 2013, ProgramBank became the winner of the National Banking Award in the nomination “For Professional Services of the Integrated Banking System”.

In 2013, according to the rating of Russian suppliers of banking software - IBS Sales League Table - ProgramBank entered the top six banking software suppliers in Russia.

In November 2014, ProgramBank celebrated its 25th anniversary. At this celebration, the Association of Russian Banks awarded ProgramBank a commemorative diploma and badge of honor for their contribution to the development of the Russian banking system and in connection with the 25th anniversary of its founding.

For great services to the banking community and on the occasion of the anniversary in December 2014, the Association of Regional Banks of Russia (Association “Russia”) solemnly handed Evgeny Nikolayevich Khokhlov, Director General of ProgramBank, an honorary diploma for his great contribution to the development of the country's banking system.

In 2014, according to the rating of Russian suppliers of banking software - IBS Sales League Table - ProgramBank was among the four suppliers of banking software in Russia.

The ProgramBank company once again entered the TOP-4 rating of Russian suppliers of banking software according to the results of sales in 2015 - “IBS Sales League Table - 2015”. Following the results of sales in 2016, the company entered the TOP-3.

In 2018, ProgramBank took first place in the ranking of Russian suppliers of banking software (IBS Sales League Table) based on sales results for 2017. 26 financial institutions - banks and microfinance organizations (MFIs) - became customers of ProgramBank in 2017.

The largest competitors of the company in the banking market are Diasoft , R-Style Softlab , CFT ^[6] .

New Athena is a joint venture between Diasoft and ProgramBank, created in 1998 to work in the software market for large banks. It is one of the main suppliers in this market segment.
