The school prepares specialists in the following specialties: "International Business", "International Management", "International Accounting", "Industrial and Financial Economic Theory", "Logistics and Transport Management", "Intellectual Capital Management", "Tourism and Management in Medicine" .
The organizational school includes: faculties of Economic Theory , Economic History, Law, Informatics, Business Administration; Centers of Finance and Consumer Sciences. Since 1990, the Gothenburg Research Institute has been operating within the school.
