Career

Club

In the championships of the USSR, he played for Kaliningrad Vympel (1978-1979, 21 games - 15 goals), Sverdlovsk SKA (1979-1981, 39 games - 23 goals) and Moscow Dynamo (1981-1991, 247 games - 305 goals) . As part of the Moscow team, four times became the silver medalist of the national championships, and one more time - bronze. In total, he spent 307 games in the championships of the Soviet Union, scored 343 goals. From 1991 to 1997, he played for the Swedish Falu team.

Team

In 1981-1991 he played for the USSR national team . Spent 96 games, scored 94 goals (of which 24 world games, 30 goals at world championships ). Three times he became world champion, two - silver medalist, one - bronze.

Coaching

In August 1997, he became one of the Falun coaches, for whom he had previously played as a player. In 1998, “Falu” with the participation of Tsyganov for the first time in its history became the owner of the World Cup .
