Fairy Tail ( Japanese フ ェ ア リ ー ・ テ イ ル Fairi: Teiru , Russian. Fairy Tail ) - Hiro Masima's manga in the shonen genre and her anime adaptation. The first chapter of the manga was published on August 2, 2006 by the Japanese publishing house Kodansha in the issue of Weekly Shōnen Magazine . Currently, the manga has 58 volumes and continues to be released. It was used to shoot the eponymous anime television series created by A-1 Pictures and Satelight in 2009. It was broadcast in Japan on TV Tokyo from October 12, 2009 to this point. In addition to the series, A-1 Pictures and Satelight Studios released eight OVAs and an animated film called Fairy Tail the Movie: Phoenix Priestess. In 2009, the manga was awarded the annual prestigious Kodansya Publishing House Prize for the best shonen manga . [1] The broadcast of the anime was suspended on March 30, 2013. The premiere of the new, second season of Fairy Tail on the Tokyo TV channel took place on April 5, 2014 [2] . At the time of the release of 42 volumes, it became known that the total sales of Fairy Tail volumes exceeded 25 million copies. [3] . But on April 17, 2018, Fairy Tail Season 3 came out.

Content
Story
The manga takes place in a fictional world inhabited by magicians. Mages unite in guilds, where they improve their witchcraft abilities and earn by fulfilling various orders. The 17-year-old spirit charmer Lucy Heartfilia escapes from the house and enters the Fairy Tail guild, whose members are known for their destructive tricks. She is invited to the guild by the dragon slayer Natsu Dragneel, who travels through the kingdom of Fiore in search of his adoptive father, the dragon Ignil. Lucy joins Natsu and his flying cat Happy. Later, ice mage Gray Fullbuster and sorceress Erza Scarlet join their team, capable of creating magic swords and armor. Five heroes are involved in missions under the auspices of the guild. Missions include the pursuit of criminals, members of illegal criminal guilds and ancient demons of Eterios created by the immortal dark sorcerer Zeref.
Several members of Fairy Tail engage in battle with Zeref on the holy island of Tenryu for the guild. Because of Zeref, between the "Fairy Tail" and the hostile guild "The Heart of Grimoire", a conflict erupts that attracts the attention of an evil black dragon named Acnologia. The dragon attacks the island, but the magicians from Fairy Tail are protected by its spell, the founder of the guild, Mavis Vermilion, putting them in stasis for seven years. As a result, magicians survive the attack of Acnologia. Zeref leaves the island to consider his further actions. Having decided to destroy humanity for the call of Acnologia, Zeref arranges a battle between the Fairy Tail and the dark guild Tartaros, consisting of demons of Eterios. The goal of Tartaros is to rescue the guild master, the strongest demon END, from the magical imprisonment. Acnology returns to destroy both guilds, but he is stopped by Ignil, who, as it turns out, sealed himself in the body of Natsu Dragneel. Fairy Tail mages defeat the demons of Tartaros. Acnologia kills Ignil, and Natsu vows to avenge his death.
After a year of training, Natsu returns and finds out that the head of the Fairy Tail, Makarov Dreyar, has been trying all this time to prevent the invasion by the militaristic empire of Arbaless, ruled by Zeref. During the battle with the army of Zeref, Natsu finds out that he is in fact the long-dead younger brother of Zeref, whom he resurrected as the demon END (Etherious Natsu Dragneel), wanting to get rid of the curse in the form of immortality.

Fairy Tail Movie 2: Dragon Cry
The name "Dragon Cry" is a magic staff that can destroy the world, as well as change the strength of the characters to others - dragon. For a long time he was kept in the kingdom of Fiore, but was eventually stolen by the kingdom of Stella. The main characters (Natsu, Lucy, Gray, Erza, Wendy, Happy and Charlie) penetrate the kingdom on a mission undercover. As a result, they will have to face Animus and his retinue (Zash and Sonya). It is also known that Sonia managed to save Aknologiya from the dragon in early childhood. Thus, he vowed to destroy all the dragons, with which he copes.
