Pridantsev Sergey Vladimirovich (born August 18, 1967 , Moscow ) is a Russian manager, president of COMSTAR-UTS OJSC [1] .

Biography
Sergei Pridantsev was born on August 18, 1967 in Moscow, in a family of engineers: mother graduated from Moscow Aviation Institute , father - MIREA . In school, he lived with his parents in Czechoslovakia ( Prague ).
In 1986-1989 he served in the ranks of the Navy. He was awarded the Ushakov medal for personal courage and bravery.
Married, has two children - daughter and son.
Education
In 1984 he entered the Moscow Automobile and Road Institute ( MADI ) at the Faculty of Robotics, which he graduated with honors in 1993.
In 2000, he completed an MBA program at Stanford University (USA).
In 2005, he graduated with honors from the Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation.
He has a PhD in Economics.
Activities
Since 1993, he headed the laboratory of transport and technological robots MADI. From 1994 to 1995 he worked in the telecom operator Astelit. In January 1995 he moved to Hewlett Packard , where until May 1997 he held the position of technical consultant. Since 1997, he worked at Lucent Technologies , and served as First Deputy General Director.
Since 2002, he worked at CenterTelecom OJSC, being an adviser to the general director of the company. From April 2003 to January 2006, he held the position of Deputy General Director - Commercial Director, and from January 2006 to June 2007, he was the General Director of CenterTelecom OJSC.
In June 2007, he was appointed President of COMSTAR - United TeleSystems.
In the ranking of senior executives - 2010, the Kommersant newspaper took the third place in the Communication category [2] .
