Locomotive (magazine)

“Lokomotiv” (the title until February 1992 is “Electric and diesel traction” or ETT ) is a monthly specialized magazine devoted to the problems of locomotive management , operation and repair of various types of locomotives and motor-car rolling stock [1] . Until the early 1990s , attention was also paid to the topics of repair and operation of subway trains. Articles about the device and the content of the contact network are published under the heading "Power Supply".

The journal has been published since 1957 [2] . The readership of the magazine is technically trained railway transport specialists: engineers, locomotive drivers, assistant drivers, and repairmen [1] .

At different times V. A. Rakov , E. A. Stefanovich , A. B. Vulfov collaborated with the magazine.
