Biography
Ekaterina Verulashvili graduated from the Tbilisi Institute of Theater in 1940 and was accepted into the troupe of Kutaisi Drama Theater . After working there until 1942, Catherine volunteered for the front, during the Great Patriotic War, served in the Red Army , in anti-aircraft units.
In 1943, she returned to peaceful life and played on the stage of theaters in the cities of Khashuri ( Workers Dramatic Theater Khashuri ), Gori ( Gori Drama Theater named after G. Eristavi ), Telavi ( Drama Theater Telavi ). In 1956, Ekaterina Varlamovna became an actress of the Kote Marjanishvili Theater in Tbilisi .
