Notes
- Before the start of the season, the Dynamo (Saki) team was called Frunzenec.
- In the first round, the team “Vodnik” (Kherson) was called “Tavria”.
- In the first round the team “Ocean” (Kerch) was called “Metallurg”.
- In the first round, the Transimpex-Ros team (Bila Tserkva) was called the Ros.
- The Shakhtar-2 team (Donetsk) moved from Konstantinovka to Donetsk and in the first round changed the name Metallurg to Garant, and in the second round the team got its name back.
- Until June 4, 1995 , the Sirius team (Kryvyi Rih) teamed up with the amateur team Sportinvest (Kryvyi Rih) under the name Sirius (Kryvyi Rih) .
- Before the second round, the Shakhtar team (Pavlograd) teamed up with the amateur Cosmos team (Pavlograd) under the name Shakhtar (Pavlograd).
