Biography
From 1950, he worked as a worker at the Bogoslovsky Aluminum Plant ( Krasnoturinsk , Sverdlovsk Region , from 1954 to 1964 he worked in Osh ( Kyrgyz SSR ) as a foundry worker, foreman, foreman, foreman at the Osh Automobile Repair Plant, and from 1968 to 1972 he was the director of the Kara-Suu Car Repair Plant [3] .
Since 1972 , after graduating from the Frunze Polytechnic Institute , he worked in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways of the Kyrgyz SSR: chief engineer, then manager of the Southern Production Auto Trust, since 1979 - deputy minister [3] [4] .
In subsequent years, he held various positions in government structures: the chairman of the State Committee of the Kyrgyz SSR for the provision of petroleum products (1983-1987), the minister of road transport and highways of the Kyrgyz SSR (1987-1988), and the chairman of the State Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic for Transport and Roads (1988-1991 ) and at the same time Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Kyrgyz SSR (1989-1991) [3] [4] .
Since 1991 - Secretary of State of Kyrgyzstan, served as Prime Minister (11/29/1991 - 10.2.1992), then - Minister of Trade and Material Resources (1992-1993), Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Industry, Material Resources and Trade of Kyrgyzstan (1993-1994), Minister of Industry and Trade (1994-1996), Minister of Foreign Trade and Industry (1994-1998) [3] [4] .
From 1998 until the last day of his life, he worked as an adviser to the Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan [3] .
Member of the Supreme Council of the Kyrgyz SSR (since 1985) [3] .
