The Maserati MC12 is a two-seater hypercar designed by Maserati to compete in the FIA GT Championship . The car went into production in 2004 (30 cars were produced, 5 of which are not for sale). Another 25 cars were produced in 2005, which together gave 50 cars for sale.

The car was designed and built on the basis of the Ferrari Enzo . The MC12 is longer, wider, taller, with a sharper nose and smoother lines than the Ferrari Enzo.
The MC12 was designed by Maserati to mark the company's return to competition 37 years later [3] .
Maserati MC12 Corsa
The racing version was released in a limited edition. The car was produced since mid-2006. A total of 15 copies were produced, 12 of which were sold to customers.
The Corsa MC12 was developed directly from the Maserati MC12 GT1 racing model, which won the FIA GT Automobile Cup in the GT1 class in 2005. The Corsa is conceived as a private collector car that does not have access to highways. Highway registration requires substantial revision. The price of the car was 1,160,000 euros.
