Career
Sugimoto is best known in Japan as the J-pop singer (singles # 1 "Usagi", "Boys" and "Gorgeous") and actress. Among the many roles she played, the most famous is Queen Perdition in the 2003–2004 television series Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon .
In September 2008, Sugimoto became the first Japanese model in the PETA fur campaign. [2]
