Geography
Located north-east of the district center of the city of Akhmet .
The nearest settlements: in the north - the village of Lechuri , in the southeast - the village of Laliskuri , in the west - the village of Magraani , in the southeast - the village of Pshaveli .
History
After 2000, Ossetians began to leave the village en masse due to crowding out by the Georgian authorities [3] . The village was settled with Kistins .
In the village were the bases of the field commander Ruslan Gelayev [4] .
