The gigantic tongue ( lat. Leucopaxillus giganteus ) is a species of fungi, included in the genus Belosinushka ( Leucopaxillus ) of the Row family ( Tricholomataceae ).

Description
The cap is large, 8-30 cm in diameter, at first flat-convex, then depressed and deeply funnel-shaped. The surface of the cap is at first smooth, with old age sometimes cracking on scales, painted in a creamy white color, usually brownish in the center.
The flesh is white, dense, without any particular taste or smell.
Gimenofor plate, plates descending on the leg, whitish or light beige, located very often.
The stem is 4-7 cm long and 2.5-3.5 cm thick, cylindrical or slightly tapering towards the bulbous base, whitish, made. Private and general bedspreads are completely absent.
Spore powder is white. Spores 6-8 × 3-4-4 microns, elliptical, smooth, amyloid , 4 on basidia .
Value
Mushroom is edible .
Govorushka giant produces antibiotic klitocybin, active against tubercular bacilli. [one]
Ecology
The giant talker — saprotroph , which grows in forest glades, on roadsides and pastures, often forms “ witch rings ”.
