History
- June 1, 1913 in St. Petersburg laid under the name " Lieutenant Ilyin."

- On July 2, 1936, together with the destroyer Stalin, as part of a special expedition led by Otto Schmidt, he left Leningrad for Vladivostok along the White Sea-Baltic Canal and the Northern Sea Route.
- October 17, 1936 arrived in the Far East and became part of the Pacific Fleet.
- On August 9, 1945, it was part of the 1st Pacific Fleet Submarine Brigade.
- On August 14, 1945, the destroyer Voikov left Vladivostok, guarded by the TDS-03 recreation center (with 7 T-26 tanks and 2 vehicles), to Seishin ( Chongjin ), where it provided for the landing .
