The administrative center is the village of Yutsa .

The Yutsk Village Council borders with Kabardino-Balkaria , with the cities of Pyatigorsk and Essentuki . And also with the Essentuki and Etoksky village councils of the Stavropol Territory .

Content

History

  • 1934 - Yutsk village council was attached to the city of Essentuki . Yessentuki becomes a city district with subordination to the Executive Committee of the Regional Council of Deputies of Workers of the North Caucasian Regional Executive Committee.
  • 1939 - by decrees of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR, the Yutsk village council was removed from the Yessentuki city district.
  • July 26, 1989 - the village of Privolnoye of the Yutsk village council of the Piedmont region was transferred to the administrative-territorial subordination of the Pyatigorsk City Council [2] .

Economics

  • The special economic zone of tourist-recreational type "Grand Spa Yutsa" was created in accordance with Decree No. 71 of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 3, 2007 in the territory of the Stavropol Territory. Since December 2012, the Grand Spa Yutsa Tourist and Recreational Special Economic Zone of the Stavropol Territory has been included in the North Caucasus Tourism Cluster managed by OJSC Resorts of the North Caucasus [13]
