Classification

They are found in Australia (Tasmania), North and South America (Argentina). The species was found on the trees Nothofagus dombeyi and Pseudocyphellaria granulata . ^[1] 3 species and 3 genera are known. ^[2] Collembolas of the family Pachytullbergiidae belong to the superfamily Hypogastruroidea from the suborder Poduromorpha (or order). ^[3]
