Biography

He studied at the music school in the violin class. While in the 7th grade, he asked his parents to buy him a guitar, which he quickly mastered, so much so that by the age of 17 he received the nickname "Blackmore". Prior to joining the Gaza Strip group in 1993, Vadim Glukhov worked at the Voronezh Philharmonic. During the seven years of working with the Gas Sector, he worked as a concert guitarist, made rough drafts for songs, and also recorded two songs - Life and Chunga-Changa. And after the death of Yuri Khoy in 2000, having a rest, he writes guitar parts for Asocial Poet a la Talc, and also plays along with a little-known Voronezh rock singer. It is also known that he played a concert with the group " Five-Year Plan " instead of a sick guitarist. In 2004, he, together with Igor Anikeev and Yuri Yapryntsev, tried to reanimate the Gaza Strip , only instead of Yuri Klinsky, his nephew Yuri Yapryntsev sang there. They are also joined by a former Gaza Strip colleague, guitarist Vasily Chernykh . Together with them, he writes two albums - “Nostalgia” ( 2005 ) and “Kikimora” ( 2010 ). In 2007, he retired and practically did not do music. But in 2009, he again began to create music for Yuri Yapryntsev and the group “ S.G. ". In addition to musical creativity, he was engaged in the sale of building materials.

Death

January 18, 2011 Vadim went missing [2] . His body was found on April 9, 2011 at the territory of the Baltimore military airfield in Voronezh. The identity of the deceased was established only on April 13 , the body was stiff. According to experts, death occurred as a result of poisoning by a substitute for alcohol - a mixture of ethyl and isopropyl alcohol [3] . Near the corpse of the musician, eight empty corvalol vials were found, the use of which can cause such poisoning [4] . This statement is quite controversial: Vadim hated the smell of corvalol and valerian. He was buried on April 16, 2011. Since the musician himself did not leave any savings, and parents-pensioners did not have money for the funeral [5] , fans of the Gas Sector organized a fundraiser for the funeral. During his lifetime, Vadim Glukhov said that he wanted to be buried next to the group leader Yuri Khoy in the Left Bank cemetery, but there was no place for it and his relatives had no money for it and the musician was buried in the Budennovsky cemetery of Voronezh [6] . In 2013, a monument depicting a musician with a guitar was erected on the grave of Vadim Glukhov.
