Biography
Born March 1 (14), 1916 [5] in Ust-Kamenogorsk (now in Kazakhstan ) in a Tatar family.
From the age of 12, he helped his brother Muslim with his father, working as horsemen at the Belousovsky mine.
In 1933 - 1935 he studied at the Alma-Ata Music and Drama College (now the Alma-Ata College of Music named after P. Tchaikovsky [6] ), in 1936 - 1939 - at the Kazakh Studio at the Moscow Conservatory under A.I. Vishnevsky.
From 1939 to 1985 - soloist of the Kazakh Opera and Ballet Theater ( Alma-Ata ).
In 1936 and 1958 he took part in the decades of Kazakh literature and art in Moscow.
He performed with his brother Muslim. The Abdullins brothers sang leading parts in the operas of Russian, Western European classics and Soviet composers. At the same time, Muslim performed tenor parts, and Rishat performed baritone parts.
He also performed as a concert singer in a duet with his brother. The repertoire includes works by Russian and Kazakh composers, Kazakh, Russian, Tatar and other peoples songs.
In 1955 he joined the Communist Party .
He died on November 12, 1988 in Alma-Ata. He was buried at the Kensai cemetery [5] .
