In July 2005, a loss-making brewing company was bought by InBev .

Then, in 2008, Oleg Tinkov first sold 30% of the restaurant chain to the Swedish Mint Capital fund , and in September 2009 the remaining 70% to the same fund, completely parting with the brewing business [1] .
