It is considered a product of Orungan . The wife is the goddess Olos . Mostly respected by fishermen and the coastal population.
According to the myth, Olokun arranged a flood to destroy people, and only the intervention of the god Obatal helped save part of humanity. Olokun was chained and returned to his naval palace.
