Description
The stems are slightly rough. Near-color bristles in the number 4-6, by the time of fruiting reach a length of 2 cm; outwardly, the spikelet looks like a spikelet of cotton grass . It blooms in spring.
Distribution and habitat
Distributed in peat bogs of the tundra and taiga , in the alpine and alpine belt of mountains.
