Geography

The territory of the rural settlement was located in the south of the Novgorod region on the Valdai Upland , east of Marev . Small rivers flow on this territory: Shcheberekha , Kotovka , Rudenka and others; and also there are several small lakes: Kushelovskoe, Laptevo, Isakovskoe, Melekhovskoye, Granevo, Dolgunets, etc.

History

By 1924, in the Demyansky district of the Novgorod province , the Molvotitsky volost included, among others, the villages of Vasilki Bolshoi and Vasilki Mali , Gorki, Eskino, Zaborovye, Konishchevo , Kirilkovo, Pupovo , Sysoevo, were among the Polish volost, among others , the villages of Bel 1 , Bel 2 , Bokovo, Gnutishche , Gagolino , Dorofeevo, Kozhino, Laptevo, Linie, Mamonovschina, Pechishche, Fields, Sivuscheno, Teplynka, Shavlovo, Shepelevo , Shereakino. According to the decree of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee on April 3, 1924, the Polish Volost was abolished, and the villages became part of the Molvotitsky Volost [3] . In August 1927, the Molvotitsky District was formed as part of the newly formed Novgorod District, which was renamed from the North-West to the Leningrad Region. Then, among others, the villages of Gnutishche [4] , Dorofeevo [5] , Kozhino [6] , Laptevo [7] and Mamonovschina [8] were part of the Kozhinsky Village Council, the villages of Gagolino [9] , Konishchevo [10] , Prosekovo [ 11] and Sheryakino [12] were part of the Konischensky village council, the village of Bel 1-I [13] , Bel 2-I [13] , Linier [14] , Fields [15] , Teplynka [16] , Shavlovo [17] , Shepelevo [18] were part of the Linyevsky Village Council, the villages of Vasilki Bolshoi [19] , Vasilki Malyi [19] , Eskino [20] , Zaborovye [21] , Kirilkovo [22] , Pupovo [23] , Sysoevo [24] were part Pupovsky village council. In November 1928, during the reorganization of the network of village councils, the Kozhinsky village council was renamed the Mamonovshchinsky village council, the Konishchensky village council was annexed to Pupovsky [3] , the village of Kirilkovo from the Pupovsky village council was transferred to the Mamonovsky district council [22] . By order of the Central Executive Committee and the Council of People's Commissars of the USSR of July 23, 1930, the Novgorod District was abolished, and the district became directly subordinate to the Leningrad Executive Committee. By the decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR of December 3, 1940, the village of Pupovo was renamed Gornoye, then by the decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR of December 16, 1940 the Pupovsky village council was renamed the Mountain Village Council [3] . German occupation - in the first half of World War II . Here the battles of the Toropetsk-Kholm offensive operation took place [25] . The military graves of Soviet soldiers are in the villages of Gnutishche [26] , Gornoye [27] , Dorofeevo [28] , Kanishchevo [29] , Laptevo [30] , Mamonovschina [31] , Fields [32] and Sysoevo [33] . By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR of February 19, 1944, the district center of the Molvotitsky district was transferred from the village of Molvotitsy to the village of Marevo . By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of July 5, 1944, the Novgorod Region was formed and the Molvotitsky District became part of it [3] .

By the decision of the Novgorod Oblast Executive Committee No. 1165 of September 27, 1950, the villages of Vasilki and Eskino from Gorny were transferred from Gorny to the Mamonovschinsky Village Council. By the decision of the Novgorod Oblast Executive Committee No. 359 of June 8, 1954, the Mountain Village Council was abolished - annexed to the Molvotitsky Village Council, then by the decision of the Novgorod Oblast Executive Committee No. 366 of June 21, 1954, the villages of Gogolino, Gorki, Kopishchevo , Prosekovo were transferred to the Lynievsky Village Council, and the village of Bel 1st and 2nd Belar from Linyevsky to the Molvotitsky Village Council, then by the decision of the Novgorod Regional Executive Committee No. 857 of December 30, 1956, the villages of Gogolino, Gorki, Konishchevo , Prosekovo were transferred from Linyevsky to the Molvotitsky Village Council [3] . By the decision of the Novgorod Oblast Executive Committee No. 933 of October 13, 1960, the villages of Sivushchino , Shavlovo, Shereakino from the Linyevsky (Linsky) Village Council were transferred to the Molvotitsky Village Council, then by the decision of the Novgorod Oblast Executive Committee No. 345 of April 12, 1961, the villages of Gogolino, Gorki, Gornoe, Zaborovye, Konishchevo , Osnyag, Petische, Prosekovo, Sivuscheno, Stobnya, Sysoevo, Shavlovo and Sheryakino from the Molvotitsky Village Council were listed as part of the Linyevsky (Linsky) Village Council, the center of the Lynyevsky (Linsky) Village Council was transferred from the village of Polya to the village of Gornoe, and L Inyevsky (Linsky) village council was renamed Gorny, then by the decision of the Novgorod Oblast Executive Committee No. 692 of August 4, 1961 the villages of Voinovo, Linye, Moksheya, Pechishche, Polya, Teplynka, Shepelevo from the Mountain Village Council were transferred to the Molvotitsky Village Council [3] .

During the failed all-Union reform on dividing into rural and industrial areas and party organizations, in accordance with the decisions of the November (1962) plenum of the Central Committee of the CPSU "on the restructuring of the party leadership of the national economy" from December 10, 1962, a large Demyansky rural area was formed, and the administrative Molvotitsky the area of ​​February 1, 1963 was abolished. Mountain, Mamonovschinsky and Molvotitsky village councils then became part of the Demyansky rural area . The plenum of the Central Committee of the CPSU, held on November 16, 1964, reinstated the former principle of party leadership in the national economy, after which, by a decree of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR of January 12, 1965, rural areas were re-converted into administrative districts and by decision of the Novgorod Oblast Executive Committee No. 6 of January 14, 1965. Mountain, Mamonovschinsky and Molvotitsky village councils in Demyansky district . By the decision of the Novgorod Oblast Executive Committee No. 439 of August 27, 1965, the villages of Vaino, Linier, Moksheya, Pechishche, Fields, Teplynka, Shepelevo and Molvotitsky Village Council were transferred to the Mountain Village Council. In accordance with the decision of the Novgorod Oblast Executive Committee No. 706 of December 31, 1966, the Mountain and Mamonovschinsky Village Councils, among others, were transferred from the Demyansky District to the newly created Marevsky District . By the decision of the regional executive committee No. 82 of February 22, 1971, the village of Melekhovo of the Mamonovschinsky village council was deregistered, then by the decision of the regional executive committee No. 747 of December 22, 1975, the villages of Osnyag and Stobnya of the Mountain Village Council, as well as the villages of Pechishche and Rakino of the Mamonovschinsky Village Council, were deregistered, then, by the decision of the regional executive committee No. 46 of January 26, 1976, the village of Moksheya of the Mountain Village Council was removed from registration, then by the decision of the regional executive committee No. 581 of December 26, 1977, the village of Eskino of the Mamonovschinsky village council was removed from registration. By the decision of the regional executive committee No. 82 of February 11, 1982, the village of Vaino of the Mountain Village Council was deregistered, then by the decision of the regional executive committee No. 70 of February 23, 1987, the villages of Kadnikovo and Shabanovo of the Mamonovschinsky village council were deregistered. After the termination of the Mamonovschinsky and Mountain Village Councils in the early 1990s [34] , the Administrations of the Mamonovschinsky and Mountain Village Councils were abolished, which were abolished in early 2006 and a municipal formation was formed by the results of the municipal reform - the Mountain rural settlement of the Marevsky municipal district ( local government) ), according to the administrative-territorial structure of the village, both village councils became subordinate to the administration of the Mountain rural settlement of the Marevsky district [2] . Since April 12, 2010 after the abolition of the Mountain rural settlement [1] . In accordance with regional law No. 699-OZ, since April 2010, the rural settlement was merged, along with the abolished Molvotitsky, into the newly formed Molvotitsky rural settlement with the administrative center in the village of Molvotitsy [1] .
