Chekanovsky’s wrestler ( lat.Aconitum czekanovskyi ) is a perennial herbaceous plant, a species of the genus Wrestler ( Aconitum ) of the family Ranunculaceae ( Ranunculaceae ).

Distribution and Ecology
The species range covers Eastern Siberia and Mongolia . Described from the Chunya River, a tributary of the Podkamennaya Tunguska .
It grows in the forest belt of mountains in tall forest meadows, on grassy slopes, on the outskirts of coniferous forests, in subalpine meadows.
Botanical Description
Rhizome in the form of two spindle-shaped tubers 2-9 cm long. Stem 80-140 cm high, straight, simple or branched, round in the inflorescence.
The leaves are green, bare, lower on petioles 4-7 cm long, upper on short petioles or almost sessile. The leaf blade is generally pentagonal, 8–9 cm long, 10–12 cm wide, finger-dissected, narrow wedge-shaped segments to the base, wider 1–1.2 cm wide, two or three-parted with oblong-lanceolate lobes , 2-3 cm long, 0.3-0.5 cm wide.
The inflorescence is a terminal loose brush 15-40 cm long of dark purple flowers on pedicels 2.5-5 cm long. Helmet 0.7-0.8 cm high, about 1.5 cm long, 1 cm wide at the tip of the nose, hemispherical, rounded at the apex, sometimes depressed above the spout; lateral perianth lobes obovate, about 1.3 cm long, 1 cm wide; lower lobes about 1 cm long, 0.2 and 0.5 cm wide, less pubescent on the outside, bare on the inside, pubescent on both sides.

Relatively lower toxicity of aconite preparations compared with cystostatic drugs used in oncology , its ability to anesthetize, not suppress, but stimulate the body's resistance and its immune mobility [ unknown term ] , makes aconite necessary in the treatment of malignant tumors and puts in the class of therapeutic agents with a fundamentally new effect .
